Let us manage your contract from drafting contracts, managing contract deadlines, title coordination, lender coordination, and drafting amendments/addendums throughout the transaction as well as management of brokerage compliance items.
Concierge Offers
We know sitting down and doing an offer while hustling to get the next listing presentation complete or curating important partnerships within your network is crucial. Let us handle offers and/or LOI’s for you. This is a subscription service with a 90 day commitment up front and month-to-month after that. We will collaborate with you on making sure your specific LOI template or state specific promulgated form is catered to your liking. We ensure the draft is approved by you prior to sending out for client signature.

- This is a subscription service with a commitment of 90 days. After that, it is month to month. You will be billed at the first of the month on a recurring payment plan.
- It includes 5 offers or LOIs per month with 2 edit rounds for each offer.
- We will need to know if you have an LOI template or using promulgated forms. We will need the LOI template.
- Within 4 business hours, you will receive the draft which will have to be approved in order to be sent for signatures.
- Our business hours are 9 am central- 5 pm central. If any requests for an LOI, Offer, or edit come in after business hours, we will pick it up the next business day.
