1. Eligibility for Returns:

Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer support team at hello@launch-cre.com within 3 business days of receiving the product. We will work with you to provide a replacement or a refund, as appropriate.


2. Errors on Our Part: 

In the event that we make an error in the production or delivery of your product, please notify us within 3 business days of receiving the product. We will promptly rectify the issue by providing a corrected version or, if necessary, a refund.


3. Return Process:

  1. Contact Customer Support: To initiate a return, contact our customer support team at hello@launch-cre.com. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and, if possible, include supporting images.
  2. Approval and Instructions: Our customer support team will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed. In some cases, we may require you to return the product to us.
  3. Return Shipment: If a return shipment is required, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.


4. Refund or Replacement:

  1. Refund: If the return is approved and a refund is requested, the refund will be processed within 3 business days after receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  2. Replacement: If you prefer a replacement product, we will produce and ship the replacement within a reasonable timeframe.


5. Non-Returnable Items:

Certain products, such as customized and personalized items, may be non-returnable unless they are defective or incorrect due to an error on our part.


6. Conditions of Return:

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
